This metal can be varnished but it is not recommended as it has a tendency to peel and crack over time. The metal is polished, brushed or Buffed depending on how it looks.
Braid I am not happy to ship a wand without braid, especially at the tip as this helps to strengthen a wand. If no braid is selected I will use a braid of a colour I feel is suitable from the economy braid range.
I will ship a wand with no braid if this is specifically asked for and the possible consequences of not having braid are understood.
